Meet Our Crew
Josh – President and Senior Technician
Josh leads our HVAC field work team and specializes in troubleshooting and installs. He enjoys solving tough problems and takes pride in getting things done right.
Favorite Montana Season: Outdoors in the spring is perfect, not too hot or cold, and everything is fresh and beautiful.
Best Part of Living in Montana: Wide open spaces and the freedom to explore and meet the wildlife (from a respectful distance).
Bucket List Goal: Take a trip to all seven continents. Four more to go!
Stephanie – Vice President, Office Manager and Apprentice Technician
Stephanie keeps our operations organized and compliant behind the scenes. She enjoys improving systems and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, and sometimes gets to uses her mechanical skills in the field.
Favorite Thing About the Job: Getting to work directly with the team to implement process improvements.
Most Used Tool or Gadget: Leatherman multi-tool for dependable versatility, both around the office and in the field.
Off the Clock Hobby: A lot of reading (never stop learning!) and some basic woodworking on the side.
Chris – Senior Technician and Founder
Chris is married with two adult kids and have always enjoyed fixing things and figuring out how they work. “I found my way into this field in 1987 thanks to God’s providence and have stuck with it ever since.”
Favorite National Park: Glacier is absolutely gorgeous! The scenery is some of the best in the country.
Known For: Has an uncanny ability to remember phone numbers, sometimes months later after only calling once.
Favorite Comfort Food: Dark Chocolate or Moose Tracks ice cream.
Tiffany – Apprentice Technician
Tiffany started working for HHC in June 2010, straight out of high school and has been working in the family business learning the trade ever since. She likes working on water heaters and most furnaces.
Favorite Montana Season: Winter! She loves the cold air, winter air smell, quiet mornings and snow.
First Job: Working four years of campus maintenance during high school.
Favorite Thing About the Job: Meeting and chatting with new people all over Montana.
